Mark your calendars for the 14th Annual Jason Murphy Memorial Golf Outing. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at Willow Run Golf Course. This outing is used to fund a scholarship given in Jason’s memory to a graduating senior who has been part of the special education program at Reynoldsburg High School. 

     Please contact your golfing buddies and form your foursomes now. If you would like to golf, but do not have a foursome, we will be glad to complete the foursome for you. Just fill out our form below with the golfers you have. We'll include additional players to your foursome. Please be sure that the form is completed with all information, including the e-mail addresses of the golfers. Please return one form per group. Payment of $65.00 per golfer should be sent to the address below or brought the day of the outing.

This package includes: lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart and dinner
You may include additional dinners for family or friends not playing golf if you wish.
Just include them in the number of dinners section of this form and add $10.00 per person.

 If you don't wish to play golf but would still like to join us on the 19th Hole for a wonderful dinner and social, just fill out the form below.  Payment of $10.00 per person attending should be sent to the address below or brought the day of the outing.
